GASOLINE HORSEBUTT JODHPUR BOOTS

Gasoline is inspired by the layered color melange that gets exposed by accidental oil spills over open water.

We hand-dye this leather color in two stages: on the hide and then again during boot finishing. It has a Green core, with Burgundy at the second layer and Sumi Black with Burgundy highlights on the top layer.

With a quick pass, the leather appears black, but the tri-color effects are revealed by changing angles and light exposures, bleeding progressively through the color wheel spectrum.

We use tough and sturdy vegetable-tanned horsebutt leather by at the base to create Gasoline, with it currently offered on both Jodhpur and Monkey boots but also available by request for other styles.

Copper buckles have returned!

Back by overwhelming demand, Antique Copper finished buckles are available again for pre-orders of Dark ‘n Stormy Horsebutt Jodhpur boots.

These buckles come in a slightly elongated rectangular shape and heavier gauge than the Vintage style buckles available in Polished Brass and Polished Nickel finish with both styles cast in hardened brass.

Constructed on the Hank Jr. last in a double-row 270º + 180º hand-sewn Flat Welt with military-grade black oxide finished brass hardware and our signature black hand-dyed Guidi horsebutt leather, with a cloud-like soft feel that wears to a burnt bronze patina.
