Hello!! I’m Judy, wife and mom of 3 littles (4,2 & 3mo) and a bonus mom to a YA. I learned how to crochet way back when but didn’t pick it as a hobby till 2021. I went on YT and learned how to make a ball and then a tiny bunny and continued from there.
In June of last year I crocheted a lovey as a way to tell my husband that I was pregnant. When I found out we were having a girl a spark ignited in my crochet loving heart. I crocheted my first blanket and the cutest little onesie.
Last month my sister in law invited us to go to a pop up nearby. We walked around and saw a stand with amigurumi. My husband casually suggested I should sell my crochet items. He even offered to be the one to sell at markets as he is the extrovert to my introvert. A few market prep videos on YT later I decided this was something I wanted to pursue.
The name to my company came easy as I refer to my littles as nuggets and what better name for my makes than Yarn Nuggets 🩵
