Freshly graded gravel! I think this is the best gravel road in the county right now. 8 miles up the road I found the worst gravel in the county, with fresh sand and marble sized gravel on top. At least the washboards were gone…

Indoor training in January looks different and requires a slightly different fueling strategy, and has got me covered.
For most of my sub-90 minute rides I just rely on hydration. But if I’m doing a longer or harder effort, like climbing Ventop on I reach for fruit bars and chews to keep me going.
