My 89 year old Mom (seated on her walker), started a solo protest in her small town a few weeks ago. Last Saturday she was joined by a dozen other people. I’m so proud it makes me well up. She taking care of my step dad who is on hospice, and she says the protesting recharges her batteries so she does it several times a week!

My mood lately. Honestly I feel more energized, more zeal than ever. Maybe I was made for this fight? I’ve always expected the worst, so now that it’s here my worldview doesn’t seem so wierd. My disability may modify how I’m fighting, but it’s not stopping me from giving it my all every day. And this song is on repeat .
