A few reminders:
1. A no show is unacceptable. You will be charged $50 for any no show appointment. If the card on file declines this fee, you will be banned from booking with us until this fee is paid. You will ALSO have to pay for your next visit up front.
2. You MUST establish care with an OBGYN or midwife BEFORE your first visit with us. We are not prenatal care. We are a fun visit to get a peek at peanut and need a provider on file to contact if needed.
3. An appointment is necessary. We will handle a walk-in if possible, but there's never any guarantee and any appointments will always take precedence over a walk-in. Calling or messaging asking about availability does NOT guarantee that those spaces will be available later. You MUST go online and secure your spot with all of mom's information and a card must be placed on file to reserve this spot as your own.
4. The rules apply to everyone. We have one recurring coupon code available and offer discounts from time to time. The guidelines set on these codes apply to EVERYONE. For the discount following the sneak peek bundle, it expires at the end of the 18th week. You cannot use this coupon any later in pregnancy. This is expressed on our website, during your visit and on the coupon you're given before leaving. If you do not book before 19 weeks, you forfeit this discount. Additionally, as stated on the booking page, you are only eligible for the $60 4D Return Visit or the $75 HD Return Visit if you've already come in for a $125 4D Gender Package or $150 HD Gender Package during your current pregnancy. If you're unsure of your eligibility, please call or message us to check. If you book one of these and are not eligible, you'll owe the full amount or be subject to a $50 no show fee.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Using fowl language or showing any signs of aggression with staff will result in immediate expulsion from the building and a lifetime ban from re-entering. If needed, authorities will be called as well. If you or any member of your party exhibits signs of intoxication, aggression or belligerence, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
