Igniting & Engaging the Handgun Hunting Community World-wide has been on my mind for years (i.e. - all things handgun hunting related; firearms, equipment, tips, tools, hunts, adventures, apparel, accessories, reloading, articles, reviews, videos, dialog, etc...) I birthed Handgun Hunter's (HH's) when I observed in the Outdoor Industry, what I guess you might call a deficit in the handgun hunting
shows. I've been in the Outdoor industry since 2005 and blessed with some incredible relationships. In 2012, I began a journey to learn all I could about handgun hunting. That has birthed in me the pursuit of igniting and engaging the Handgun Hunting community world-wide and this means building a strong handgun hunting presence for the future. I've been very fortunate to share my vision with legends of the sport as well as beginners to handguns and handgun hunting, Firearm Manufactures, Ammunition Manufacturers, Apparel Companies and Accessories developers. They are excited about the grassroots effort to go beyond the past and what some have referenced as a "small niche following" of handgun hunters. My purpose is to make HandgunHunters a viable voice within the Outdoor Industry. I ask that we be respectful of others in the group and on each others posts. We are here to learn and grow together, not slam others for their preference of hunting handguns or style of hunting. I've made this page open to not only Individuals desiring to learn & grow the handgun hunting voice, but also to Gunsmiths, Firearms & Ammunition Manufactures, Brand Companies, Networks, TV Show Hosts, & Custom Designers who promote handgun hunting and agree to the same understanding of this page as you do. If they are unable to abide by the guidelines, their posts will be removed as well. There is no one specific "right" hunting handgun or caliber, there are; however, many variations from factory handguns to highly customized specialty pistols with endless possibilities of calibers and all are welcome within this hunting handgun family. Remember, we are growing the handgun hunting industry together not a specific type of handgun or caliber. We will limit posts to handguns that are specifically designed for hunting. Keep your language clean with absolutely NO cursing, NO profanity nor lewd remarks. We will remove posts that contain cursing and/or profanity. And if it continues, we will remove you for posting such remarks. We are building a future generation of handgun hunters (male and female, young and old) and my wife & 4 boys will be reading these posts with me. This is not a page for posting meme's you find amusing. This is not a page for bashing a specific type of gun or caliber. This is not a page for bashing Outdoor TV Show Hosts. This is not a page for bashing Manufactures or Brands you do not like. This is not a page for selling to each other nor looking to buy from each other ... there are other pages you can join if you want to buy or sell. HH's is a place for life long learners who promote all things specific to handgun hunting; firearms, equipment, tips, tools, hunts, adventures, apparel, accessories, reloading, articles, reviews, videos, dialog, etc...
As we grow, my desire is to have giveaways and contests for our community and get the name of HANDGUN HUNTERS across social media outlets... it is after all for you, our growing fans of the page. Thank you for joining the movement and following this simple guidelines. Know that you are a part of something far greater than you could ever imagine by engaging others through the HandgunHunters Community Page. Regards,
(Kerry Mackey - Man Up Outdoors)
