Reiki Healing is a holistic approach towards relaxing your mind, body, soul, and energy by balancing chakra, removing blocked and negative energies, and promoting a meditative state. Anyone suffering from Body Pain, Insomnia, Low Immune System, Stress-related issues, Depression, Release Tension, Anxiety, Lack of Focus may benefit from experiencing Reiki Healing. The class is free and open to all and will be led by Roma Malhotra Mehta, currently a Grand Master Level instructor in Reiki Healing. She is also proficient as a Tarot Card Reader, Numerologist, and KP Astrologer. Experience the benefits of chair yoga, to enhance your mobility, strength, flexibility and overall wellness. The class is focused on all able bodies with or without limited mobility issues. The class starts with breathing exercise, gentle stretches, and body flow on and off the chair, followed by guided relaxation. The classes will be lead by Sangita Mediratta. currently serving as an instructor at YMCA. She is a certified yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance) and is currently pursuing advanced Yoga, and Ayurvedic Nutrition training and Pranayama.
