The conference with Uday Bhosale is underway here in Los Angeles and I am so excited to join you Saturday for a pop up Iyengar Yoga Institute of LA

I’ll have some really special items from Svenja Karstens - her new book of illustrated sequences, along with posters of Uday’s sequence on Dynamic Arm Balances, and the Level 1 Syllabus sequence. 🧘‍♀️

New colors of pocket shorts and classic shorts are available along with our comfy jogger for before/after practice.

Even if you’re not attending the conference you can stop by, say hello and have a look at some wonderful items for your studio and your practice.

I am so excited to experience Uday’s teachings at the upcoming conference in just a few days. On Saturday I’ll have all of the new colors in classic shorts as well as new pocket shorts.

**PLUS I’m so excited to share with you the NEW illustrated book of sequences from Svenja Karstens that was just recently released. I’ll have copies of her new book along with posters of her illustrated sequence from Uday Bhosale. They make a perfect addition to your studio or practice space.
