It has truly been life changing to be able to get my business was up and running but also at the same time has given me the opportunity to have sewing as an outlet in a time that was full of uncertainty and honestly extremely scary.

I am finallllly reunited with my sewing machine! It was a long two weeks of thinking about all the things I could be sewing 😂 it’s been serviced and ready to get back in action!

I have quite a few new followers and thought I would take this moment to introduce/reintroduce myself to you everyone 🩷

My name is Jae-Zee 👋 yep this is my real name and nope I can’t rap haha
🇬🇧 I’m from England but have lived in LA for 12 years.
👯 I am a twin it’s not just a business name. The next question is always who’s older and by how long and I am the younger twin by….4 minutes
🪡 🧵 I have a degree in fashion design and although after years on a very different path with the help of my husband we got to fulfilling my dream getting back in to fashion with my own business :)

🔥 💪🏻 This year brings a lot of change to The Whimsical Twin up until January we were a vintage clothing shop with some handmade pieces. Sadly myself, husband and 3 year old daughter lost our home and along with it my business in the Eaton canyon fire BUT luckily I decided to grab my sewing machine as we were going out the door!
I am determined to make this a comeback story and I am working on coming back as fully handmade 🩷

Now my machine is back where it belongs I will be getting to work finishing this first Disney collection and up on my website ASAP!
