My dearest Chevonne What an incredible blessing you and Bruce are to our community. Hearing of his sudden passing has saddened me deeply as I will truly miss all of things that made him such a special gift to us all. As I read all the wonderful posts and messages these past few days from everyone about Bruce I immediately think of you. Because the amazing person we all speak of known as your better half is also you! The love you both poured into me from day one when you walked into my booth at Pickwick many years ago looking like you jumped straight off the cover of Ebony magazine in the early 70s w impeccable style and grace. We would became good friends with lots in common - Fight On ✌🏾♥️💛 w our daughters - In true Leo style w our bdays days apart. All while supporting each other in a space where black faces are not often seen or recognized. I was so happy to eventually see you selling vintage too. You traveled to visit me at different vintage shows and I’m not sure if you both ever knew how much that meant to me. I will miss the side conversations with brother Bruce and his wealth of knowledge and commitment to social justice and liberation for black people as we all believe “We shall overcome someday.” ✊🏾

My sister Chevonne I lift you up in prayer during this difficult time. May the memories and admiration shared comfort you in knowing just how much you and Bruce are loved and supported. This life experience hopefully reminds us all the importance of human connection and to cherish the precious gifts God has blessed us with. I am grateful to have witnessed such greatness and to have you and Bruce in my life. May his beautiful light continue to shine through you and your children. Sending an abundance of love to you and your family 🙏🏾♥️

Hello everyone! It’s Kiara. Many of you know me but if you don’t, I’m Ronnie’s daughter and I also help her out with her Marketing and Social Media. We have some really exciting news: we are opening a new storefront in West Hollywood! This announcement comes just in time for my own birthday (her first baby) and the RetroBlades (her second baby) anniversary. We have leased a retail space and are now in the process of renovating it so we can open our doors and continue sharing our love of vintage. But in order to open our doors, we need YOUR help. Business owners, especially woman-owned and POC-owned businesses know how hard it can be to get funding, especially in these times. We have launched a GoFundMe to help with renovation costs.
