Mina Selection Mina has had a knack for clothing since a young age. At the age of 12 her father sent her to a private tailor to learn how to sew and pattern make.

From that point on, she started making her very own creations. During the revolutionary era of The Sixties, she worked multiple jobs while selling clothing out the trunk of her 1960 Red Opal GT. Her passion for life helped her venture to better things. She began managing a boutique on the infamous Hollywood Boulevard. Mina then found herself being a personal stylist for various musicians . s so excelled in her art, that in the 1980's she and her husband Max opened their first store and named it "Sidewalk Boutique" which specialized in contemporary clothing. When she established herself as a designer, Mina and her husband Max opened up this wonderful business known as Mina Selection. In the beginning, Mina Selection was specializing in ethnic wear. Mina had become a seasoned professional in her industry so she decided to start importing her own designs from Indonesia. She distributed her products and wholesale inventory to the entire continental United States and abroad. In 1998, she transitioned her design from ethnic wear to a vintage Victorian era wardrobe. Every design she has ever created has been everlasting through the years of constant change in the fashion industry.

I’ve always been an artist and the more I grow the more creative I become. I had the pleasure of creating this super artistic and creative jacket. I designed and sewed the entire jacket and hand painted every single design on it.. 🙏🏻🥰 Wendy was extremely pleased. She herself is an artist and a very well known sculptor!
