โจ Grow With the Flow ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ ๐ชด ๐ โ You ever spent so long surviving that you forgot what it felt like to actually be at peace? Yeah that was me.
โจ So what did I do? I stopped pouring into people who drained meโฆ and started pouring back into myself.
โจ Yoga was always a safe space for me, but over the last few years, it became more than movement โ it became medicine.
โจ Breath by breath, stretch by stretch, I started regulating a nervous system that lived too long in fight-or-flight.
โจ Realigning my energy. Reopening my heart. Rebalancing every chakra the world tried to break.
โจ Healing after trauma isnโt loud. Sometimes it looks like silence, sunlight, deep breaths, tears on the yoga mat, and finally choosing yourself without guilt.
โจ This is your reminder:
you are allowed to rest, reset, protect your peace, and become soft again. Find your way back to SELF! โจ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐ฟ
