Still basking and Basquing in the fruit, friends, heat, and hospitality after returning from our 5th annual invitation from nicole_rucker & Fat + Flour - it’s a grueling application process every year but somehow we manage to squeeze in an invite. All jokes aside, the opportunity to visit Masumoto Family Farms that have been passed down since 1948 following the return of their ancestors after internment during WW2 is a true testament to hard work and dedication that one can only hear as the wind whistles through the leaves in the morning, seen through the light reflecting off the long finger like leaves, and tastes as the juice rushes into your tastebuds.

We finally got our copy of A LITTLE BIT EXTRA by and couldn’t be more excited for him! What a beautiful cookbook and so honored to be included as a small part of the book and his other cooking endeavors!! He has had such amazing growth since we were first connected in 2021 (wow time flies!!) It’s incredible to see the professionalism, determination, and detail he’s put into this journey!

It was such a honor and pleasure to be a part of the annual Festa Della Donna on March 7th—a one-night backyard pop-up dinner hosted by .la and in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Along with custom aprons for the event we teamed up with to bring to life her incredible food and beverage illustrations by digitizing and embroidering them for a custom h**p table cloth. The centerpiece embroidery features the evenings namesake, Festa Della Donna and was embroidered at 24” wide and consisting of over 47,000 stitches. ❤️🧵 All photos by 📸
