Carina Goldfarb, Founder and Designer of AZUL swimwear, had a vision to reach past the sky and create a swimwear line that combined Brazilian flare, vibrant fabrics and hand-embroidery to the American swimwear market. The name AZUL (meaning blue in Spanish) actually comes from the word blue, Carina’s favorite color, which happens to represent the color of water that "swims" throughout much of her swimwear. With her mix of fabric designs, special touches and refreshing vibrancy, the AZUL swimwear collection is functional and fashionable-two things even a youngster can appreciate on the beach or in the pool. Maybe the name AZUL did come from Carina's love of the color blue and the connotation of blue water, but those who see the line could easily say that it comes from her reaching past the bluest of skies with her creativity for this ultimate swimwear collection.
