Let’s talk about hard mornings.
There are some days when you wake up and you don’t have the strength to do much. You lay in bed and struggle to get up and get the day started. You may have had a tough couple days or it may just hit you out of nowhere. In the past there was a time when I would get angry at myself for not feeling motivated. I would be angry with myself because I would feel that time was wasting away and I wasn’t doing anything to change it. I’ve personally began to feel that there will be plenty of rough mornings where you will lay in bed and not want to move. It’s not a bad thing. Your feeling that energy for a reason. Let it be there but make sure that you’re also doing the what you can for the day. Make your bed, exercise, do the small errands, clean the house. You don’t have to have an extremely productive day when your feeling low. You just have to be sure your not giving up completely. Take the day for yourself rest and recover because tomorrow may be a better day.
