Why? Why do you work hard for a better life? Why do you work for your dreams? Do you do it for others? Do you do it for yourself?

Personally I want to see if I’m capable of creating the life I envision for myself. Am I able to grow into the individual that’s capable of the tasks ahead? Am I able to help as many of me peers as I can along the way? You read and listen to thousands of people who have been able to take control of their lives to achieve their dreams. So why the f**k can’t anyone else?

Past couple of days have been draining on me. Not exactly sure where it came from but it’s here. I haven’t been getting frustrated with myself for feeling this low. I’ve been working on letting it merely be and having it run it’s course. I’ve found that sometimes your body and mind may just need rest to prepare you for what’s next. Good or bad day I’ll say “I’m ready”

Let’s talk about hard mornings. ⁣

There are some days when you wake up and you don’t have the strength to do much. You lay in bed and struggle to get up and get the day started. You may have had a tough couple days or it may just hit you out of nowhere. In the past there was a time when I would get angry at myself for not feeling motivated. I would be angry with myself because I would feel that time was wasting away and I wasn’t doing anything to change it. I’ve personally began to feel that there will be plenty of rough mornings where you will lay in bed and not want to move. It’s not a bad thing. Your feeling that energy for a reason. Let it be there but make sure that you’re also doing the what you can for the day. Make your bed, exercise, do the small errands, clean the house. You don’t have to have an extremely productive day when your feeling low. You just have to be sure your not giving up completely. Take the day for yourself rest and recover because tomorrow may be a better day. ⁣

It’s unfortunate that it’s not a common practice to be able to feel SAFE enough to call on people in times of need. There’s such a stigma to mental health that since everyone has to deal with it, that must mean you have to deal with it on your own. ⁣

Thankfully that stigma is beginning to change as it should. It should be human nature to speak out about something that EVERY human experiences. We’ve all had our times that we thought we couldn’t make it through. Some have had help along the way and some have had to figure thing out on their own. Decide to make a change and break a pattern. ⁣
Listen to those that need to be heard because there might be a day that you’re in the same situation.⁣

It’s hard to look past a tough moment. To see that it’s only going to last a certain length of time. Each time we are presented with a strenuous situation in the moment it seems like it’s the hardest thing to over come and sometime feels nearly impossible to get past. Let’s take a moment and look back at the struggles we’ve each been through. All personal to ourselves. In the moment for each struggle it seemed like the biggest hurdle ever and then it’s gone. If you’ve made it this far you can make it farther. Deep breath in deep breath out. LET GO ⁣
