A word from owner - “ is one of the most passionate people I’ve had the privilege to work with. He is always the loudest one when it comes to cheering for others, and the next second he can be so locked in and draw a unicorn on a latte that will impress the whole crowd. When he talks about coffee, I can literally see sparks in his eyes like he’s putting his entire heart into this craft. When we are living in a world when people constantly looking for shortcuts, I respect and admire someone like Marquis who proves to everyone dedication and effort are undefeated.”

Marquis Monzon hails from Guatemala, coming to Los Angeles by way of the Big Apple. Many of you know him today for his work in competitive latte art, where he placed in the top three rankings three years in a row, culminating in his win in this year’s 2026 U.S. Latte Art Championship. But anyone that knows Marquis knows him even more for his steady spirit, easy grin, and quick laugh that makes a person you want to be around when you’re powering through a shirt or just sharing a beer. We are very excited to welcome his talent into this Saturday, June 13th for a very special service. Hope to see you there!
