I was thinking about this dining experience that I had a few years ago that left me speechless. In all honesty, I would say that my culinary pallet is rudimentary at best, having stated that, I’ve never experienced something as monumentally artistic as this venture into Jose Andre’s mind.

If you are in DC, and you have a couple extra coins, you have to experience this once.
