Time to officially introduce myself on here!

I’m Kianna!

I hold a B.S. in Apparel Merchandising and Marketing.

My birthday is April 7th (Aries)

I can’t decide between romanticizing the ocean or the forest.

My career journey has taken me to work as a marketer, e-commerce manager and a wholesale trade show rep in the fashion industry.

My ultimate dream is to work for myself full time.

I’m a crystals and astrology type of girl.

I fulfilled a lifelong dream of visiting Japan in 2023.

My vegan journey began in 2016 (I’ve turned into a junk food vegan lately).

I’m a jack of all trades.

I founded Lilac Skies to bridge the gap between colorful, cutesy clothing/items and ethical, sustainable practices in the fashion industry. Witnessing the unethical and unsustainable aspects of the fashion industry inspired me to create change.

Being a woman can be tough sometimes with the expectations that we, our family or society puts on us.
Taking care of ourselves (especially our minds) is extremely important!
How can we take care of our minds (especially for those who haven’t done so in the past)?

• Take a walk outside (preferably nature).
Living in a city with no nature can be tough, but let’s just enjoy the beautiful landscapes that people have in their front yards instead

• Watch a feel good show! The Great British Bake Off is extremely wholesome.
No one is yelling at each other and the contestants are very supportive of one another. Plus you get to see yummy baked goods being made!

• Nurture a hobby that is just for you and not monetized. Sometimes making a hobby into a business or a side hustle can kill the joy that you once had in that hobby. Try creating just for you and no one else 💕
