Viper Indigo Crocodile Skin puffer bag.

Developed as a study in inflated texture and exaggerated surface pattern through indigo-dyed knit construction.

The padded structure softens the traditionally rigidity of reptile skin while emphasizing depth, shadow, and scale across the surface.

Rather than relying on leather or embossed materials, the texture is translated through textile construction and wash treatment.

Albino Crocodile Skin puffer bag.

An exploration of exotic surface language through inflated knit structure, referencing animal skin without relying on hide itself.

A study in structured knit.

A structured foundation establishes form while a loose bubble textured knit layer hovers above it, shifting folds and shadow across the surface.

Hand stitching secures the outer layer, introducing irregular contrast and a visible record of assembly. Raw edges expose the underlying foam allowing structure and softness to coexist without concealment.

An exploration of how opposing material logics can occupy the same object.

Dual-tone contrast ribbed knit flare. Designed and developed in 2013 as an early study in how knit structure could replace rigid denim construction while exploring the visual contrast and shape capabilities of indigo yarns.

Shown here is the puddle flare variation, one of the most referenced silhouettes from this development period and continues to inform current work. What began as a garment became the foundation for an ongoing textile system.
