Cadaver A celebration of becoming obsolete. The collaborative collection of womenswear duo Fiona Barnes and Lauren Pilgreen with headpieces by Nicole Paskauskas.

A collaboration by womenswear team Fiona Barnes and Lauren Pilgreen, this collection is inspired by photographers such as Daido Moriyama and Nobuyoshi Araki, and the skeletal clothing in the Capuchin Monasteries. Incorporating techniques such as rope-tying, gathering, knotting with the use of hair and water, the garments reflect the history and life of each object and individual. Like the watermarks and ripples on these silk dresses, we all in effect leave behind traces of our stories. For more of Lauren's work:
