I finally started dropping weight and i didn’t even increase my daily steps. I never fancied the gym or starving myself.
I had tried all that before but with the kids and work it was just impossible.
My sister recommended these minerals that are supposed to help your body burn through fat instead of holding on to it.
First thing i noticed after i started taking them was i had more energy in the mornings, like i wasn’t dragging myself out of bed anymore. Then it started showing on the scales… by the end of 2 months i was down just over a stone and a half, right before my holiday in majorca 😅
