Happy with a romantic for .dance ! It was beads galore for this one with beaded fabric all along the skirt and then covering the bodice. So much hand sewing to get everything just right, but I think the effect was worth it.

It’s ! Here’s a new sweet little Flower Festival that made its way to PA this week. The depth of the ombre skirt doesn’t come across well in photos, but it’s so cute.

Last costume of 2025! This Don Q is headed to today. Andreas and his partner .yun_ were such a pleasure to work with. They came with a sketch of what they wanted and were open to design ideas. More importantly they are so very kind!

2025 was a rough year for me with health and family. Hopefully 2026 is a time of recovery.

Happy Nutcracker season! Throwback to this Sugar Plum from last year for and Cavalier for . I really loved making this duo and adding layers of lace and sparkle.

Day 31 of : All Hallows Eve
Here is this year’s creation for . This year we took a little different approach and purchased some premade pieces - corset, hat, boots, shirt, necklace - and I made the skirt. Then I applied hundreds of roses and leaves to the whole costume. The silver on the corset is hot glue that was put in moulds and then sprayed silver.

Day 29 of : Creatures
This is another way way back costume - Vignette from Carnival Row. I created life sized wings for this fairy creature from wire and Angelina fantasy film. I loved the iridescent look when the sun hit them. I tried to make this as screen accurate as possible and copied every vein in the wings.

Day 24 of : Pumpkins

I have nothing with pumpkins, but I can imagine Cinderella getting ready to get into her pumpkin coach. This Cinderella was a collaboration with and a few years back. Loads of sparkle tulle went into this one along with fairy lights for more magic.

Day 23 of : Leaves

This vest and shirt for was adorned with leaves in just the right color. I think he added some colorful flowers that you can see in YAGP pictures, but I love it either way.

Day 20 of : Stories

One of the most iconic story ballets - Swan Lake. I had the privilege of creating this White Swan for . This is my favorite ballet music - especially the cello part ❤️ Meters of lace we disassembled to become her wings on this and will sparkle on stage.
