We are SO EXCITED to announce we are officially reinstating our loyalty program from many years ago. If you shopped with us in Middletown, you remember this! I really wanted to find a way to thank our loyal customers for coming back to us again and again and for choosing us. Our repeat customers are truly why we are still here and in business.
Effective immediately, you’ll be earning points for every dollar you spend with us. Dollars on sale stuff, dollars on clearance, dollars after a discount— it doesn’t matter. Dollars earn you points. Simple and straightforward.
After you accumulate 500 points, you get $25 off any purchase of your choice. Sale items, discounted items, it doesn’t matter. If your total hits at least $25, you can use the rewards discount. That’s it. No limitations.
Points are tracked and stored automatically across both the website and our in-store POS. When we pull up your customer account, your purchase will automatically load points on. We can check your balance for you. You can see your balance on the website once you sign in. No fuss. Nothing to keep track of.
The ONE important thing I want to remind you of: just like before, we do NOT have a way to merge your points if you’re using multiple emails across platforms (ie you’ve checked out on our website under a few different emails). Our system thinks you’re separate people, even if the name matches. To make sure your points accumulate the fastest and aren’t spread across several accounts, make sure you’re consistent with which email you use online and which email and phone number you give us in the store. :) One account will be the fastest way for you to rack up those points.
