It was a privilege to welcome members of the The American Legion leadership to PDS Optical for a behind-the-scenes tour of our laboratory.

We are especially honored to host Ben Headen, National Vice Commander and Matthew Shuman, incoming National Commander, while they were in Louisville for the American Legion’s National Convention.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase our dedicated people, technology, and craftsmanship behind the work we do for Veterans at PDS Optical.

It's always great to connect with leaders who share our commitment to serving Veterans.

Thank you Vision Monday for sharing important updates we're identifying from our national survey of US Veterans.

Our goal is to understand how digital screens impact Veteran eye health and the role these screens play in their lives.

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—PDS Optical announced preliminary results from its Pulse on Digital Strain Survey that suggest nearly half of respondents don't know they can receive eyecare and eyewear support from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

It's a great day to celebrate Nicole Gebo, our PDS Optical Optician of the Week.

Nicole's perspective makes us happy and it surely inspires those around her. We're lucky to have someone like Nicole on our team and she's certainly making a positive impact on our Veteran customers.

You don't make one million pairs of prescription glasses (in 2026) for without a GREAT team of talented people who care about the work they do.

When we crossed that milestone last week, we had to celebrate those who made it happen.

We enjoyed amazing treats from the Veteran-owned food truck 92GolfKitchen at our Florida lab and Coffees & Cream at our Kentucky lab.

To the entire PDS Optical team, THANK YOU for all you do for our Veteran customers - we appreciate YOU!

We're proud to announce that we just shipped the ONE-MILLIONTH pair of prescription eyeglasses to our nation’s Veterans this year.
