☀️I haven’t posted in awhile because I’ve been busy! ☀️Spending some time with the family.

SUMMER 2021: Fun with friends, fireworks, waterfalls 💦and hiking 🥾and (complaining), white water rafting, and bison🦬, Kentucky-shaped clouds ☁️, geysers and more waterfalls- this Earth🌍 is AMAZING!!

Finally, driving a side-by-side in the dunes! Yay for me! I didn’t get stuck and I didn’t flip it! What fun! 🤩 (oh yeah—more complaining and only 1 kid threw up this trip😉).

🎖MURPH SHAMBALLA BRACELETS🎖 MY FAVORITE WORKOUT!!!! (Broken foot kept me from last years; being soooo out of shape keeps me from this year’s challenge). It is HARD. And at the end as I am begging for mercy (lol), I relish my accomplishment of finishing it. As I lay there on the hard floor, I think about the men and women that have sacrificed everything for me. I think about the families and their grief and their pride for the strength and courage of their children. And then I think, that could be my son one day. That could be my daughter. So, thank you. My pitiful, humble tribute will have to do for now.

(Yes, I know the Congressional Medal of Honor looks different, but they don’t have that emoji😉)
