Lavon's Designs I am a seamstress. It is what I do as a career. I been sewing since I was 8yrs old I discovered that I enjoyed creating/designing clothing at 12yrs old.

I been sewing since I was 8 years old. I discovered that I enjoyed creating and designing clothing and purses at about 12. I made both of my prom dresses that I designed myself at ages of 17 and 18. I have a real heart for historical clothing which I have made many eras from Colonial to Victorian. Sewing became a career for me at the age of 24. The fall of 2016 I got married to my best friend and

loving husband. I custom designed my wedding dress as well as the bridesmaid dresses as well at age 26. When I make items I spend time figuring out just the right design to make it amazing and a one of a kind. I get joy making things people love and can enjoy themselves for a long time. One of a kinds are my favorite to custom make. The fall of 2016 I made a few historical doll outfits for a lady. She does historical doll shows for her students where she teaches, at Global Communications Academy in Hartford Connecticut. The year 2016 or so I made Elvis Presley impersonator clothing.
