HELP, idk what I’m doing!! 💯🚨

It’s a harsh reality that not enough entrepreneurs talk about. How to be kingdom minded in business but to also scale it to a place that brings honor to God while not breaking the bank.

Scaling to 6 figures then 7 and up is no easy task. It takes discipline, character, diligence, innovation, dedication, sacrifice, integrity and great leadership.

Everyone wants to get to the top but no one wants to go through the process it takes to get there.

Since 2017 between my husband and I we have birthed 5 businesses … there was much failure, loss, and lots and lots of tears shed but through Gods grace his hand on us has developed us to where we are today.

We are still in process even until today.

But God told me, Ciara I want you to start sharing and talking about your journey in business. Encourage those coming up in business not to give up and to stay faithful and to ultimately dedicate their business to me because if they do I will be with them.

So this is exactly what Big Sister CEO is….

Stewardship often starts in places no one else sees.

Sister, one scripture that has been a LIFELINE for me in entrepreneurship is this one...💜

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
-Galatians 6:9

Consistency is what builds momentum over time. Having that "No-Quit" attitude is what will set you apart in business.

Another thing? You may not like this one but it still stands true.
The opinions of others?
They don't matter.

Especially when it counters what God is whispering.
So stay on track, stay consistent & keep showing up! 💪🏼

Because you WILL reap a harvest if you do not give up!

A budget isn’t about restriction — it’s about intention!

Proverbs 21:5 says, “The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance.”

Sister, this is something that matters more than people realize. 💯

Money comes and goes, but integrity is something you carry with you in every decision you make.

Sometimes protecting your integrity means walking away from opportunities that don’t align with your values. Every door God closes means he has a better one in mind.

Learn to whisper to yourself, "Thank you for protecting me God!"

Proverbs 10:9
“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely.”

Would you ever walk away from money to protect your integrity? Be honest, I know personally I used to compromise my values long ago when it meant putting food on the table.

No shame here, only real conversations.
