I love how skateboarding at the beach and him losing his 4th tooth was logged in our journal The little things truly are the big things that matter and shape his life.

As coparents, we’ve come together to write about our son’s day, any updates, or leave a note to say “I love you”, so our son knows he is loved. (If your coparent won’t participate, that’s fine, the journal can be kept in one home).

Journaling with our kids and as a family is one of the most beautiful and eye opening things you do with/for them. My journals are here to support families of all types; co-parenting, single parent, nuclear families and beyond.

Check out our journals via link in bio.

If you can relate and are reparenting yourself while parenting, this journal is for you. In here, the emotionally safe parent(s) and any additional caretaker, family, etc., journal with the child so they have an outlet to share their world.

This open concept diary/journal has done wonders for our family and thousands of others. In the end, the journal is not only a teaching tool but a beautiful time capsule of a child’s life written by their loved ones.

If there’s one simple thing we can do immediately to help put our coparented child’s mind at ease, it is give them visual calendar.

It takes the mental math and guesswork out of wondering and thinking about “Where am I going to be?” and “What’s going to happen to me?”

Regardless of what your coparenting relationship is, I made this journal to help our kids feel secure, safe, supported and loved. It’s helped thousands of kids and I hope it’ll help yours too.

And if you’re looking for a tool to make coparenting easier and less stressful on your child, please check out Home Sweet Homes. Made for kids 4-11, i made this coparenting journal to help with emotional expression, safety and security, communication and connection in addition to logistical needs. Kids take it between homes or it it can remain in one with the emotionally safe parent.

Not every child can articulate how they feel verbally and that’s perfectly okay. I understand it as I grew up that way too so I wanted to find an easy, attainable way for my son to express himself. We started simple with just circling faces and now he’s more able and willing to talk about and express his feelings on paper.

As parents we need to meet our kids where they’re at and our journal gives a simple way to start and develop that process.
