We got part 1 of our remake done!
We have taken up the sides, raised the waist, taken up the zipper, shrunken the front panel, taken up the shoulder, the neck strap and the back. And shortened the sleeves. Now for the second fitting…

When the dress needs lots of work…. We will remake the dress. I’m excited to see it finished.
Part 1:
Take up shoulders, dart back, narrow the sheer privacy panel in the front, Raise the waist, take 7” out of the zipper, reset all the buttons, take up the sides, hem the sleeves, take up the neck strap.
Part 2:
Hem? We will check after we finish with the body.

These two ladies wanted their dress hemmed shorter and use the train to make a caplet. They loved how it turned out! The one in the lace was almost giddy💕. A wonderful way to end the week!
