It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of one of our founding doctors and dear friends, Dr. Michele Chapman Parker.

Michele lived a life devoted to loving God and loving others, and we will miss her immensely.

We will strive to honor her legacy daily.

Michele’s family will celebrate her life with a private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.

It has been an honor to serve our patients and the Madison community for 20 years today! We began our practice with the intent of serving people in a warm, caring, family environment. We are humbled by our patients who entrust their care to us. We are especially appreciative of our wonderful staff who work beside us diligently every day. We will never be able to fully express our gratitude for each of you. We are thankful for our families who have always supported our dreams, encouraged us and taught us to treat others with compassion and respect. We look forward to many more years of service!
