Hello all! It's been a while since I've posted anything, and even longer since I've been accepting new orders. I thought I'd take a moment to reintroduce myself and explain why I'm asking for your patience right now. My name is Janelle, I'm a wife and mother of 3, and love to cook, read, and create! This is my wonderful son, Ian, and he's been sick for the last 15 months, with no explanation. We found out this week that his progressive and incapacitating GI issues have been caused by Long Haul COVID, and finally *think* we have a diagnosis, and hope to have a treatment plan that will help. It has been an exhausting and tumultuous year for our family.
Caregiving and running him to doctors, specialists, labs, and hospital testing has really taken a toll on me and my ability to work full-time as I'm used to. We're hopeful and cautiously optimistic that the specialists have figured out a path forward to healing. In the mean time, I very much appreciate everyone's patience, as my first priority is my kiddo. I hope to be able to reopen my books in the next few months, and get back into my studio full-time very soon. Please bear with me, and if you're led to, we'll take all the prayers we can get toward the return to his fun-loving, active, and driven self. Much love to all. âĪïļ
