Just when I think I don’t need another project to add to my Sassy Stitches list of items I can make/create for others. I discovered and I am obsessed with Chunky yarn hand/finger knitting. I made quite a few blankets and a few bears. The blanket patterns and color combinations are endless and for pillows too. As I get new ones made I will post pictures. If anyone is interested and wants one, I would love to make one or more for you. The blanket prices will range according to size. The most popular size is a throw at 40”x60” for $125. Here are pictures of the blankets I have already made.

I felt so pretty and elegant in my Mother of the Groom dress for my Son and Daughter-in-love's wedding. It certainly did not start off that way. I spent a lot of time shopping in stores and shopping on line. I even bought a couple dresses, but I they were not what I was looking for. So, I went to FB market place and saw my dress knowing I could make it something I would be proud to wear. I shortened the sleeves and made it a Vee neck and added a little bling at the waist. Just a couple alterations completely changed the look. ❤
