The time has come for me to retire.

It’s been a great seven and a half years!

Thank you to all my wonderful customers.

I have stopped taking in work, but I will finish all the items at the shop.

I’ll be open regular hours for people to pick up their clothes.

Gift certificates can be redeemed for sewing until December 31st. They can be redeemed for cash after that.

Well, as with most construction projects these days I’m waiting on a backlogged materials.

It now looks like I’ll be able to reopen after the first of the year.

As you may have seen, I'm remodeling the front of the building.

I'm closed for new sewing until December 1st, but I'll be completing items that are here.

I'm open Tuesday and Wednesday 10 to 5:30 and Thursday 10 to 8 to pick up items.

I look forward to seeing you all in the newly remodeled shop!

I am planning to reopen the shop for drop off repairs on June 15th. I will be holding items for three days and then working on them as my workload allows.

I will resume fitting garments when we see an appropriate drop in new COVID-19 cases in Dane County. Feel free to give me a call to make sure your item is suitable for drop off.

Be aware that I am working on my 140 year-old building during this time and I may not be able to answer your call immediately. I’ll return your call as soon as I am able.

Well hello! To update folks on the status of the shop:

I have been able to accomplish some much needed maintenance on the shop during the shutdown.

I’m anticipating reopening June 1st.

I can’t wait to see you all again in person.

Hello,

Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak I am closing the shop to new business until April 1st.

Anyone who has completed items may pick them up..

I will continue to work on the items already in the shop unless I become symptomatic or aware of a known exposure.

I will contact customers to let them know their items are ready.

I will be working in the shop, but not answering the door for new business.
