Well, it is over 4 years now since we closed out doors and I must say, I still miss the Merc.
It is hard to imagine where we would be now if we were still open, there was so much happening in just our first year, and it was all thanks to our great customers and friends who made it happen!!
The lawsuit continues on....

Appeal was DISMISSED! We are back in the game, now the case will either go in front of a juried trial or settlement offer!

After almost 2-1/2 years it feels good to know the end is near. Thank you Albuquerque Business Law for all the hard work and all the support we have gotten from all the locals and friends!

Oral arguments for our case, Magdalena Mercantile & Laundromat, (New Mexico Court of Appeals) on 8/20/15 went very well. We should know more within 90 days.
