Hello Friends:)

This is a post for all of you who may know me through my business Mugsy Creations or just me personally. I have created a new account called That Therapy Account. My hope is to share information on holistic mental health that might be helpful to anyone out there.

If you are interested in this topic, I encourage you to join me at That Therapy Account on Facebook and Instagram. I created a new account so that I would not bog down my personal or business account with a topic that might not be of interest to all.

For those of you who did not know, I was a practicing mental health therapist specializing in anxiety disorders and practicing in Illinois for 20 years until 2020. I took a break for my own health and healing at that time and am so excited to re-enter the counseling profession. I am holistic in approach. I focus on mind, body and spirit to assist people in their journey.
