As winter approaches and the chill is in the air, MITTEN MANIA has begun. RECYCLING begins with pure wool or cashmere or alpaca sweaters. Sweaters are washed and shrunk -- and then cut into pieces (REDUCE). Then it's matching time --- four parts need to be color-coordinated and sewn into mittens. Then another mitten is made from anti-pill fleece and sewn into the wool mitten --- the warmth comes from the wool and from the fact that two mittens are on each hand (REUSE). Add buttons for fun and pizzazz --- VOILA! Mittens made with the environment in mind... WASHABLE and WARM, STYLISH and PIZZAZZY.... These mittens are for fun and warmth!!! $25 a pair or 2 pairs for $45.
