After a full day at market in Dallas, my feet were tired, my brain was full, and I was absolutely starving! 😵‍💫

I could have grabbed dinner in Dallas, but sometimes home wins. ❤️

So I pointed the car toward Malakoff and ended the day at The Dock with one of my favorites. Good food, a cold drink, and a quiet minute to sit and think about all the things coming to Opal & Viv’s. 🫶🏻

Market days are exciting because I’m not just shopping, I’m hunting for the pieces that will eventually find their way into your closets, your vacations, your family photos, and your everyday lives! 💗🥹💗

Four years ago, I never could have imagined I’d be spending my days buying for women who trust me with their closets and their confidence. Some days are hard, some days are exhausting, but days like today remind me how grateful I am for all of it.

Tonight, though, I’m just a tired boutique owner enjoying dinner and being thankful for a little hometown comfort. 🍾

Tomorrow, we do it all again! ✨

Four years ago, Opal & Viv’s was just a dream, a name inspired by two incredible women. Today, a bright pink Opal & Viv’s visor is sitting inside the Colosseum in Rome! 🥹

I’ve never been to Europe, but somehow a little piece of me made the trip! ✈️💕

When this customer emailed me these photos this morning, I cried.

Not because it’s a visor.

But because it represents every customer who has shopped small, shared a post, brought a friend, trusted me to help them get dressed, cheered me on, and helped keep this dream alive!

Some days, when you’re running a small business by yourself, you’re so busy working that you forget how far you’ve come!

Then one morning you open your email and find Opal & Viv’s in Rome! 🇮🇹
