Surfing Cowboys is looking for a full-time Retail Sales
Representative to join our Malibu team. If you’re drawn to vintage, design, California culture, and meaningful customer connection, this is a chance to work inside a distinctive retail environment where product knowledge, presentation, and personality all matter.

This is not cookie-cutter retail. Surfing Cowboys is an independent California retail brand and cultural curator, established in 1995, known for its distinctive mix of vintage, original apparel, accessories, home goods, and design. We are entering an exciting period of growth and evolution and are looking for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully within a small business where taste, initiative, and customer connection truly matter.
