To place an order, send a picture or screenshot of the items with the size you are interested in buying.
2. To buy an item during a Facebook live season, please take a screenshot and message or WhatsApp.
3. In Facebook live session, first come, first serve policy will be followed. (Whoever will send a message first, product’s will go to that person.)
4. Payments are due as soon as a costumer co
nfirm the products:
- after confirmation, the products will be held for 24 hours only.
- The sale will only be considered final when the payments are received.
5. Shipping applies to all the products:
- $8 for 1-2 casual dresses or 1 formal dress.
- $15 for 2-3 casual dresses or 2 formal dresses.
- $20 for 4 or more dresses.
6. Payments can only be made by Zelle, Venmo, PayPa & Cashapp. Cash or check may also be acceptable in case of local pickup. Any other modes of payments are not acceptable.
7. All sales are final; NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGE. Please confirm your order when you are confident and fully satisfied with the size, material, color, etc.
8. Refund or exchange can only be claimed if the customer received any damage or faulty products within 12 hours after delivery of products. The buyer will bear the return shipping.
9. No returns or exchange on clearance and discounted products for any reason. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
