Mandan High School DECA Earns THREE Gold-Level Certifications! 🏆

Huge congratulations to Mandan Deca for being recognized for THREE outstanding School-Based Enterprise (SBE) programs for the 2025–2026 school year!

Braves Crossing School Store, Braves Design, and Braves Financial were among just 989 programs nationwide to achieve Gold Level Certification — the highest achievement possible for a school-based enterprise — and will be recognized at DECA’s International Career Development Conference April 25–28, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.

School-based enterprises are student-run businesses that operate within the school, providing real-world, hands-on experience in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. These programs prepare students for college and careers while building leadership and 21st-century skills.

The North Dakota DECA State Conference will be held in Bismarck at the Radisson Hotel, with more than 500 high school students competing in 50 events. This year’s theme is “Go the Extra.”

No prior DECA experience is required—just a willingness to support students, provide constructive feedback, and help create a positive experience for our members. New this year, we will be utilizing an online judging platform. All event materials, orientation, and scoring resources will be provided; however, judges are asked to bring their own charged device (laptop or tablet) to complete online scoring. Judges help identify top performers who may advance to the 2026 International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Shop for all things Braves at Braves Crossing July 3rd during the FIRST Open House at the new Mandan High School!

We're excited to host the FIRST Open House at the new Mandan High School on Thursday, July 3rd!

This is a great opportunity for MHS alumni and the community walk through the beautiful new high school building that opened in August of last year.

▪ MHS Alumni & the public are welcome to walk through the building at their leisure
▪ Tours are available upon request (contact the MHS Office prior to July 3rd at 701-751-6501)
▪ Braves Crossing School Store will be on site selling Mandan Braves gear.
▪ Mandan Public Schools Foundation for Education will provide coffee & donuts to attendees while supplies last.
