As summer closes in, especially for those of us with school-age children, we’re trying to hold onto these last little pieces of it.
The slower mornings. Bare feet. Longer evenings. Days without quite so much on the calendar. The freedom to wander outside, stay up a little later, and let the hours unfold without much of a plan.
Summer always seems to go faster than we’re ready for.
So, for these final weeks, we’re savoring it all a little more. One more swim. One more late dinner outside. One more day of nowhere to be.
Here’s to holding onto summer, just a little while longer. ☀️
