Today’s is May first and it’s Labor Day 🎉in West Africa ! we want celebrate the hard work and dedication of artisans across West Africa who bring beauty and craftsmanship to our lives. ♻️

At , we are honored to work hand in hand with talented artisans, whose skill and creativity shine through every piece of textiles we create together, From handwoven textiles to tie dye to hand painted fabrics, their craftsmanship is a true testament to the rich cultural heritage of the region.

We have been working towards responsible production by using natural plants and non toxic dyes. The challenges still remains as we can’t use natural dye for certain techniques. Together with our partners we are continuing to do our research to evolve towards our goals responsible production in all our supply chain.

We had a great panel discussion this afternoon about ‘‘Runway Revolution: Rethinking Global Fashion Week’, hosted by the United Nations Fashion and Lifestyle Network, a joint initiative of the United Nations Office for Partnerships and the Fashion Impact Fund. This session aims to inspire actionable steps emphasizing the pivotal role fashion weeks play in advancing sustainable development.
