Forget any pre-conceived notions you have about the Triumph; this update was a big one, and we're loving it. 🔥
The upper is still soft and comfortable, but the biggest change is in the foam. The A-TPU midsole is bouncy and lightweight, making this shoe great for pretty much everything from long runs to daily miles.

Every Saturday, we host a free group walk/run called the Stride & Stroll. If you have a kid starting sports this fall, this is a great way to be active together over the summer!

We provide the route, usually 3-5 miles long, and coffee, hot cocoa, tea, and snacks afterward. The Stride & Stroll happens just about every Saturday, rain or shine! We meet at the store at 8:15 AM and take off around 8:30.

7MC is a cupless race!
A cupless race means no paper water cups will be available at the start line, finish line, or aid stations in order to minimize waste. Participants should bring a reusable water bottle, and spectators are encouraged to do the same. Altraspire C2 cups will also be available for sale (cash only!) on race day.
