Our student took a maxi dress she found at Goodwill and turned it into a palazzo jumpsuit with shoulder ties!
The wide pants were cut from the skirt portion of the dress. The top yokes and yoke facings were cut from the sleeves. The shoulder ties were from the waist sash. All of it was sewn with a in the Refashion Passion class.

made this cute Easter dress after she completed Flat Pattern I and II Series. Made from her personal torso block that she learned how to draft in the Series, the dress has an invisible zipper, permanent bow, and a waist tie.

Happy Halloween, friends! We've been MIA on social media for quite some time but we are getting ready for some exciting changes and will be announcing the news soon.

CALLING ALL ARTISTS/FASHION DESIGNERS!

Channy is on the Creative Committee for Breast Cancer Resource Center's Art Bra fashion show fundraiser on May 20, 2022.

We are looking for individuals interested in submitting an art bra or corset (Creative Committee will create the rest of the look to go with your bra).

The models wearing the bras are cancer survivors and the bras will be auctioned off to raise money for breast cancer. This year, the event will take place at the JW Marriott and will have approximately 500 attendees. Please feel free to DM with questions.

**IMPORTANT DEADLINES:**
November 1, 2021: Round 1 Electronic/Paper Application Closes at 5:00 PM CST
November 12, 2021: Round 1 Applicants Selected & Notified
November 17, 2021: Artist Info Night (All Applicants Must Attend)
January 13, 2021: All Bras Due by 5:00 PM to BCRC Offices
January 17, 2022: Final Art Bras Selected
May 20, 2022: Fashion Show at the JW Marriott in Austin
