Unknown Pharaoh apparel is more than apparel, it's a way of being. The Unknown Pharaoh brand embodies the 42 principles of Maat which taps into the higher self. Maat or Maʽat, is the ancient Egyptian(Kemet) concepts of truth, balance, order, harmony, law, morality, and justice. Unknown Pharaoh is the personification of these principles and the fundamental order of the universe.

What you may have noticed first is the Nemes which is headwear worn by pharaohs in ancient Egypt/Nubia, which signifies kingship for men or women. Two rulers of Egypt(Kemet) who were considered to be exceptional were King Narmer who peacefully unified the country, and Hatsheput who was the first female ruler of ancient Egypt to reign as a male with the full authority of a pharaoh. What made these two kings great kings was their understanding and application of Maʽat, with every decision they made they thought about what effect that decision might have on their people, positive and negative and by adhering Maʽat they choose the decision that would have the more positive affect on their people.
