The Kid's Machine Sewing class scheduled for July, has been changed to Tuesdays. We will meet on July 7, 14, 21, & 28, 1-3pm.

Upcoming classes include 1-day classes to decorate a throw pillow or tote bag, mending clothing, using clothing patterns for lounge pants or skirts, and beginning machine sewing for both kids and adults. This class will use a child's dress pattern to teach many of the techniques used in commercial sewing patterns. Two pattern options provide a size range of 6mo-size 10. This simple pattern can create a colorful play dress for summer, or a dressy outfit for special occasions. Prior experience with sewing machine is required. This class will focus on how to read and understand a commercial sewing pattern. The pattern used will create a simple dress in child's sizes from 6mo up to girl's size 10.
