To all my loyal Customers, I hope you can take the time out to read this as it’s come to my attention- A lot of you have felt neglected to the services we provide and feel as if we don’t care as a cleaners about talking to customers or dealing with any issues you have. Firstly, I want to apologize deeply if you feel like you have been neglected as a customer we care SO much about keeping you satisfied. Secondly, last year my daughter who most of you may know also works the counter and runs most of all the stores and office, became suddenly ill for almost a year we have struggled with her health and as a mother I had to take care of her and also run a business. As to both are so important to me, my daughter was my “sidekick” and we were a team as running the business, so whatever I couldn’t do she would pick up- vice versa. So it all fell on me and it was harder for me to maintain alone (although my team was VERY supportive and I appreciate every single one of them so much!) but I was also heartbroken over her illness, so i abandoned my boss duties. She has made a recovery and is back helping and it’s now come to our attention as to some people have been unhappy with our services due to lack of communication. I ask you to please forgive us and please know we are here to please you as customers of Canyon Cleaners! We love you all very much and hope we can satisfy you again, if you let us.
