Getting into the Pro Football Hall of Fame is one of the greatest honors an athlete can achieve. It represents decades of talent, sacrifice, discipline, resilience and an unwavering commitment to being one of the very best.
So when Drew Brees stood on that stage during his Hall of Fame induction speech and took a moment to recognize Todd Durkin, it said a lot.
Todd has spent more than 25 years coaching and influencing some of the greatest athletes in the world — NFL MVPs, Super Bowl Champions, Heisman Trophy winners, Olympians and countless others. But his impact goes far beyond strength and conditioning. He has built a career around developing the mindset, discipline and belief that help people perform at their highest level.
I had the opportunity to sit down with Todd on a podcast earlier this year, and hearing Drew recognize him on one of the biggest stages in sports made that conversation even more meaningful.
Congratulations to Drew Brees on an extraordinary career and an incredible honor. And congratulations to Todd — because sometimes the greatest measure of your own success is seeing how far the people you've impacted have gone.
That’s IMPACT. 👏🏼🔥
Soooooo.....Drew and Todd… when you’re ready to trade the football field and the gym for the Florida wilderness, I know a Python Huntress who would be VERY happy to put you both to the test. 🐍😏
Hall of Fame mindset. Everglades rules. Let’s see what you’ve got. 😂🐍
