3 Tier Tutu w/ 7 colors - $40 fits 9 month old up to adult with a 15" waist that stretches to a 25" waist. It has a length of 15" making it a long tutu for younger ages and will still be long enough for an adult. This could be a perfect tutu for years to come!! Can add extra embellishments such as ribbon, flowers, rhinestones, ect...for an added fee.
