Hello! I’m Tessa, owner of Cross Stitched Alterations.
I believe it’s always nice to put a face with the hands that help make your garment complete! Sewing has been part of my life for over 10 years, and after sewing off and on throughout those years, I finally took a leap of faith and opened my own little alterations shop right here in my home.
My beginnings may be humble, but my dreams are big! One day, I hope to build my own & be a one stop shop for all. But today, I’m incredibly thankful for where God has placed me and truly blessed and honored to serve my community and the surrounding areas.
I’ve had some amazing teachers along the way, and I’m always learning, practicing, and sharpening my skills so I can give each garment—and each person who walks through my door—the care they deserve.
If you meet me, you’ll quickly learn that I’m bubbly, warm, and love people! Most importantly, I love Jesus Christ, and I want my little shop to be a place where I can serve His people with kindness, joy, and a genuine heart. Mending the heart of His people one stitch at a time.
I cannot wait to meet you, take care of you, and give you & your garments the special attention they deserve.
